Ali Fedotowsky’s 5-year-old daughter was hospitalized for severe dehydration on Wednesday.

The former “Bachelorette” star shared the details of the days-long health scare via Instagram, explaining that Molly went from throwing up for 15 hours straight to running a dangerously high fever and later becoming unresponsive.

Fedotowsky — who also shares 3-year-old son Riley with her husband, Kevin Manno — explained on her Instagram Stories the vomiting started Monday.

“She couldn’t keep even a sip of water down,” the ex-reality star explained, adding that her daughter had barely eaten dinner the night before.

She noted that Molly was also running a fever, but that it never exceeded 101 degrees. Fedotowsky, 37, said she “wasn’t worried about the fever so much” because her kids tend to “run super high fevers” when they’re sick.

Fedotowsky said Molly’s doctor prescribed Zofran to help with the nausea, which helped the little girl keep down some food and water; however, by Wednesday, “her fever spiked … to about 104 at one point.”

“I became worried when she couldn’t stay awake during the day for more than a few minutes at a time,” she explained, adding that Molly soon “became very unresponsive.”

Fedotowsky “panicked” when Molly “stopped coherently answering my questions and really couldn’t open her eyes and they kept rolling back in her head.” She said she “knew something was very wrong” and rushed Molly to the doctor.

After COVID-19, the flu and diabetes were all ruled out, Fedotowsky was encouraged to take Molly to the emergency room, where doctors tested her blood and discovered that she was severely dehydrated. They administered fluids and kept in the hospital overnight to “monitor her and give her continuous fluids.”

Fedotowsky added that Molly back home and doing “so so so much better.” Her mom says she’s “feeling GREAT,” has a “good appetite” and is even “doing gymnastics” on her bed.

“A nasty stomach bug is going around so I felt compelled to share. Stay healthy everyone!” Fedotowsky concluded.
