This week’s Psychedelic Guide is Pamela Hadfield, Founder of HelloMD. HelloMD offers knowledge and support so one may learn about natural alternatives; whether it be for anxiety, pain, or a better night’s sleep.
When did you first become involved in the psychedelic industry and why?
I’m co-founder of HelloMD, the first digital healthcare and Telehealth platform in the cannabis space – seeing over 150k patients. A couple of years ago I began to be approached over and over again regarding psychedelics as a medicine. This caught my attention, so I started to delve into the industry and eventually became a strategic advisor at Numinus and I am working on other projects as well.Do you, or have you taken, psychedelic substances?
Yes, I have taken psychedelics and microdose as well.What’s your favorite psychedelic compound?
MDMA as an empathogen and LSD for mind expansion.Do your parents/family members know what you’re doing?

I believe psychedelics are the biggest mental healthcare disruptor and think that they will replace the typical pharma compounds that are currently used to treat mental illness.
What are your biggest worries for the industry?
That it becomes a big land grab without a conscious element that respects the compounds and plants.Who are your heroes?
